From emergency support only to full Oracle or MySQL DBA outsourcing, Blue Gecko can design a support plan that is just right for your technical needs and your budget.
Lifeline
Designed as an “insurance policy” plan, Lifeline Support provides a
7x24 SLA for emergency response. Blue Gecko administrators will provide
the same SLA for responding to emergency issues as any hosting or
remote customer, for a pre-determined hourly rate.
Bronze
Basic availability monitoring for an unlimited number of hosts and
databases along with real-time billing provides a solid support
foundation. With an hour of included support time, stable systems that
need minimal care and feeding will benefit most from this level of
support.
Silver
More advanced monitoring conditions and an additional hour of
support make this option best for generally stable systems that have
more activity and are more likely to experience high volumes of
sessions, cursors, locking, etc. This option includes more detailed
monitoring to pick up potential transaction errors before they become a
problem.
Gold
Blue Gecko’s highest level of support. For a fixed fee, a management
server is placed on site to support unlimited monitoring conditions
including RAC, predictive performance, distributed database
transactions, and custom monitors that generate Client-specific
responses from our NOC. Included hours go up to 5, which can be used
for any task from ticket responses to writing custom monitoring.
